Job description
The Role
We’re looking for a UI Designer to join our Product & Design team at ConnexAI, where you’ll help define how users experience our AI-powered SaaS platform used by organisations worldwide to engage millions of customers daily.
You'll design the front end of real-time dashboards, data-driven insights tools, omnichannel comms modules, and cutting-edge AI features. This will include a mixture of responsive interfaces, data visualisation, and high-usage enterprise UIs.
Your day-to-day work will revolve around Figma, where you will maintain and evolve our design system, collaborate across teams, and iterate quickly to meet real-world product demands. It’s hands-on, fast-moving, and full of opportunities to produce extraordinary designs.

Responsibilities
- Design and maintain UI components and patterns across web and mobile applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create intuitive interfaces.
- Translate wireframes and user requirements into high-fidelity mockups and prototypes in Figm.a
- Contribute to and evolve our design system and component libraries
- Ensure consistency and usability across all product interfaces
Requirements:
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI design
- Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Strong portfolio showcasing user interface work and design process
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for user-centred design
Nice to have
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Basic understanding of React and MUI5
