Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Central London (Hybrid, 3 Days on site a week)

Salary: Up to 60K DOE


Are you ready to take full ownership of recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment? A leading gaming tech company is looking for a confident and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape and deliver its hiring across their UK, US, and European offices.


This is a unique opportunity to own the end-to-end recruitment process and play a pivotal role in how talent acquisition operates across the business , combining hands-on delivery with long-term strategic thinking.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the Process: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle- from job design and sourcing to arranging interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
  • Data Driven Insights: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, identify skills gaps etc
  • Lead Strategic Hiring: Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and long-term talent strategy.
  • Think International: Manage recruitment across UK, US, and European markets. Experience in international hiring is advantageous but not essential.
  • Represent the Brand: Attend events alongside commercial and marketing teams to raise employer visibility and promote open roles.
  • Engage Future Talent: Build pipelines and relationships with universities and support graduate hiring where needed.
  • Improve the System: Streamline how recruitment is carried out across the business, ensuring a consistent and effective approach.
  • Partner with Stakeholders: Confidently guide hiring managers of all personality types through job scoping and hiring best practices.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within tech, gaming, or data-driven industries.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, ATS systems, and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A confident, assertive communicator who can challenge and advise thoughtfully.
  • Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and tech role profilesp
  • Familiarity with TeamTailor ATS (advantageous)
  • Experience with employer branding and marketing collaboration.
