We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Office Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our London office. This is a hands-on role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming, well-functioning workspace and can confidently juggle varied operational tasks.


The Role

  • Act as the point of contact for deliveries, visitors, and general enquiries.
  • Help implement and maintain office policies and ensure smooth communication across the team.
  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-functioning office/studio space, ensuring all common areas are presentable and welcoming.
  • Manage all stationery and supplies: keep stock levels up, place orders as needed, and track deliveries.
  • Oversee general maintenance and repairs: liaising with vendors and service providers to resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain Health & Safety documentation: fire safety checks, fire registers, and compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Support HR administration: coordinate schedules for interns and work experience students, onboarding logistics, and record-keeping where needed.
  • Manage travel arrangements for freelancer team members as required using company travel agency.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and team events: booking venues and organising setup.
  • Plan and organise office celebrations, social gatherings, and team parties.
  • Assist with any other ad hoc duties as required to support the team.


The Candidate

  • Previous experience in an office support or front-of-house roles.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with all levels of staff, visitors, and external partners.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 20kg (e.g., deliveries, office supplies).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to support day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a friendly and professional demeanor.
