Senior/ Associate Building Surveyor

North London | Up to £75,000 + Bonus | Hybrid – 2 Days WFH

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered or nearly Chartered Building Surveyor to step into a senior role with clear pathways for growth, a highly supportive team, and a modern hybrid setup.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead projects from start to finish
• Client-facing, contract administration & inspections
• Deliver across commercial, residential & education sectors

Skills & Experience Required

• Degree in Building Surveying
• MRICS or working towards
• Strong project delivery + contract admin experience
• Confident communicator & team player.
