We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join us on a staff basis in our growing London office. This is a key role supporting the delivery of high-quality architecture, interior design, landscape, masterplan and special lighting projects through the effective implementation and coordination of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digital design workflows, ensuring model integrity, and supporting project teams in maintaining BIM standards across all stages of design and documentation.


Key Responsibility Areas

1. BIM Management and Coordination

  • Coordinate and manage BIM workflows across multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Develop, maintain and enforce office-wide and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
  • Conduct regular model audits, clash detection, and data quality checks using relevant tools.
  • Ensure accurate integration of design data across all disciplines.

2. Project Support and Collaboration

  • Provide technical support and training to project teams in the use of BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, etc.).
  • Facilitate model coordination between architecture, landscape, and other disciplines.
  • Liaise with external consultants to ensure interoperability and consistent data exchange.

3. Standards and Quality Control

  • Ensure all digital models adhere to industry and company BIM standards and protocols.
  • Develop, manage, and update office BIM libraries, templates, and content.
  • Support project setup and delivery to ensure compliance with ISO 19650 or other applicable standards.

4. Innovation and Development

  • Explore emerging technologies and workflows to improve project delivery efficiency.
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal BIM strategies and workflows sharing and ongoing team development.
  • Assist in refining and evolving company-wide digital design strategies.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with proven experience in an architectural or engineering office, specifically handling international projects and collaborating with external Project Management
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role within an architecture or design firm.
  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks; experience with Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other parametric tools is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM Level 2 protocols.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with common data environments (CDEs) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Aconex is advantageous.
  • Relevant BIM certifications (e.g. Autodesk Certified Professional, BRE BIM Certification, BuildingSmart Professional Certification ) are a plus.
