We're now looking for driven Associates to join our team here in London. If you have or looking to gain experience in permanent recruitment and are excited by the opportunity to influence the trajectory of a growing firm, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Support search mandates from initial brief to final placement
• Work closely with Partners and senior consultants on multi-hire, global search projects
• Contribute to candidate research, outreach, qualification, and relationship building
• Assist with business development initiatives alongside senior team members

What We’re Looking For

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with up to 1 year of recruitment experience
• Strong communication skills and a natural curiosity about people and business
• A degree in any discipline (analytical or business-focused backgrounds are a plus)
• Interest in the consulting or executive search industries
• Additional languages are a plus
