We’re Hiring: Mid-Weight Designer | Luceco Group Telford (Hybrid) | £30,000–£35,000 | Full-time | Permanent

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create standout marketing content—from concept to execution
• Collaborate across departments to bring brand stories to life
• Own the design process across a range of exciting projects
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries

We’re Looking For

• Advanced skills in Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• A sharp eye for detail and a flair for impactful design
• Great communication and time management skills
• A collaborative spirit and openness to feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of exceptional creative projects (both digital and print).
