Hiring: Building Surveyor – Oxford

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering a range of building surveying services including contract admin, surveys, design & specification, and dilapidations
• Assisting on multi-disciplinary projects with scope for increased responsibility
• Producing technical reports and documentation for clients
• Liaising directly with clients and attending meetings and site visits
• Helping to identify and diagnose building defects and propose solutions
• Managing your own time across multiple live projects

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited preferred)
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset
• Competent in software like AutoCAD, NBS, MS Office
• Organised, detail-focused, and a strong team player
• Full UK driving licence
