About the Role



We're looking for a talented Soft Fruit Advisor to join a dynamic UK team. This is a fantastic chance to work with some of the country's leading soft fruit growers while being part of a global organisation that's genuinely making a difference in agriculture.



Responsibilities



  • You'll be working remotely across the UK, with particular focus on the South East, providing expert technical advice to growers who really value what you bring to the table.
  • You're connected to a global network of researchers and experts, so you'll always have access to the latest innovations and insights.
  • The role covers everything from the technical side (fertilisation, crop protection, storage) through to being a trusted advisor on business strategy, sales, and regulatory matters.
  • It's varied, challenging, and genuinely rewarding when you see the impact of your recommendations.


Qualifications



  • You'll need a relevant degree, BASIS and FACTS qualifications, and several years of advisory experience in horticulture or agriculture.
  • Most importantly, you need to really understand soil and substrate-based soft fruit production systems.


Required Skills



  • Self-motivation is key, as you'll be working independently a lot of the time.
  • A UK passport, residency, and full driving licence are essential.


Preferred Skills



  • Any glasshouse or nursery experience would be a real bonus.
