Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Portsmouth City Council
Salary: Agency 21.53 PAYE or 27.33 LTD per hour

• Main Grade: £27,668 – £30,152 + £5,000 recruitment & retention package over 6 years
• Higher Grade: £33,436 – £37,306 p.a.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting timely, high-quality assessments
• Creating clear, purposeful care plans focused on outcomes
• Working closely with children and families to empower and support them
• Ensuring every child’s voice is heard and their needs are central to planning
• Championing diversity, curiosity, and child-centred practice
