The Firm

A leading commercial law, who offers a unique opportunity to develop your career in a collaborative, progressive and entrepreneurial environment, are recruiting for a Commercial Real Estate Lawyer NQ-3 PQE to join their growing team in City.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with the firm’s real estate partners on a broad range of high-value commercial property matters, including:

• Investment acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant transactions
• Ongoing portfolio management
• Development and prime central London residential work
• Real estate strategies for corporate occupiers, particularly in the tech and venture capital sectors

You’ll also have opportunities to support clients from the Middle East, the Far East, and UK-based Organisations and, along with family offices, UHNWs, and corporate tenants.

This is an ideal role if you’re looking to broaden your transactional experience and gain meaningful client exposure while being supported in your professional growth.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 0–3 years’ PQE in commercial real estate
• Trained or working in a strong commercial real estate practice, with experience in high-value London-based transactions is highly desirable
