Funds Lawyer in Scotland

Job description

We are working with a top tier international law firm based in Scotland (Glasgow or Edinburgh) for a Lawyer to join their Funds team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading Funds team, advising on a range of funds matters across key sectors including energy, infrastructure, real estate, and private equity.

The role will involve advising fund managers in structuring, formation, and the management of funds, including drafting several forms of documentation, negotiating terms with investors, and advising on regulatory matters.

Essential Criteria:

• 6+ years’ PQE;
• Funds Background;
• Strong academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Organisation skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Team player;
• Willingness to engage in business development;
• Strong communication skills.
