About the Role

My client is looking for a skilled Paraplanner to support Financial Planners in delivering high-quality, compliant advice to clients. You’ll play a key role in research, report writing, and ensuring recommendations align with client needs and regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Draft suitability reports in line with compliance and departmental standards.
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure complete and accurate client information.
  • Interpret meeting notes and prepare tailored recommendations.
  • Provide technical guidance to advisers to support good consumer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate workflow records and case files.
  • Conduct research and analysis on existing policies and schemes.
  • Support the processing of new business linked to your cases.
  • Stay up to date with industry knowledge and regulatory changes.

As a Paraplanner our client is looking for:

  • Experience in a Paraplanning role within a similar environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge, ideally with a Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
