Product Owner - Law Firm

Leeds, Hybrid (1/2 days per week)

Up to £100,000 plus 10% bonus

One of La Fosse's key clients in the legal services space are undergoing an exciting transformation to become more product-led and are hiring for 2 product owner roles.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of products and services in an Agile environment, with a focus on either document management or marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Development of product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Own, manage and prioritise the overall product team backlog, balancing demand for new products with continual improvement of existing ones
• Manage the product team budget, driving cost savings and efficiencies
• Monitor and manage vendor/third party relationships, including supplier identification and selection

Requirements:

• Strong communicator, able to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
• Background as a product owner, managing and prioritising product backlogs
• Previous experience in a management capacity, building and leading teams
• Strong commercial awareness, budget management and supplier management experience
