UI Designer – FinTech Scale-Up (Hybrid, London)

We’re thrilled to be partnering with a forward-thinking FinTech business on a mission to reshape how people engage with their finances. This is a fantastic opportunity for a UI Designer to join a collaborative product and design team at the heart of a company building client-first digital experiences.

The Role

As a UI Designer, you’ll be creating high-quality, intuitive user interfaces for native iOS and Android apps, a client web portal, and internal systems. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and developers, working within an existing Figma design system to deliver consistent, scalable design across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging user interfaces and interactive prototypes for web and mobile
• Maintain and evolve a shared Figma-based design system
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and development teams
• Promote design best practices in line with platform-specific guidelines
• Keep up to date with current iOS, Android, and web UI trends

Skills and Experience Required

• Strong UI design experience across native mobile and web applications
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems
• Knowledge of iOS and Android design patterns and standards
• Clear, inclusive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
• Self-motivated, with a genuine curiosity and a desire to grow
