Package:

  • Salary up to £26,740 per annum
  • Full-time, office-based in Calne
  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am–5.15pm, Friday finish at 5.00pm
  • Opportunity to earn incentive bonuses

The Role:

  • Manage incoming enquiries and process accurate quotes and orders
  • Own the order journey from entry to delivery
  • Work closely with production and procurement to resolve issues
  • Support external sales team with customer quotes and updates
  • Deliver outstanding service and ensure high customer satisfaction


About You:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality
  • Clear and confident communicator with a customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable working with systems like SAP (training provided)
  • Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in Maths and English
  • Sales training or telephone experience is a bonus
