A leading UK law firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner to head up its nationally recognised Court of Protection – Property & Affairs team. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished Solicitor with a passion for client care, team development, and strategic growth. Job Title: Partner - Court of Protection

Location: Remote - 1 Day Per Month in the Office

Salary: Competitive (DOE/PQE) + On-Target Bonus

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the Property & Affairs team within the Court of Protection department
  • Shape and implement departmental strategy aligned with the firm’s goals
  • Oversee the team’s financial and operational performance, ensuring revenue targets are met
  • Support and develop a diverse team of solicitors, legal executives, and support staff
  • Maintain high professional standards and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
