Operations Support Assistant - Temporary Full-Time Position in London

Job description

We are potentially needing a full time temp to assist our Operations Team at Elephant & Castle as early as next Monday.

We will need the candidate to assist with checkout inspections, assisting with the overseeing of turnaround cleaning and maintenance of apartments, moving in new residents and assisting with enquiries from in house residents. We would like a candidate who has worked in a residential setting, has great attention to detail and great customer service skills. Obvious to say but we need a candidate who is reliable and can work under pressure, as we are now in our busy summer period so it is a very fast paced environment and we need all hands on the ground to support the team.

Ideally we would need a candidate that can be able to work Monday to Friday from 9am - 6pm - at present we may need the candidate for at least the next month, with scope to have them with us until the end of October. There may be the odd weekend working involved where our turnaround periods at the end of the month fall on a weekend - this time will be taken back in lieu.
