The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Learning Technology Partner to join our People, Culture & Talent team. Reporting to the Learning Technology Manager, you will support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
As part of the People, Culture & Talent team you’ll work in collaboration with our IT team and business stakeholders to drive engagement with our learning platform. You’ll also play a key part in content creation, stakeholder support, and delivering innovative learning solutions.

Please note this role is field based, with the expectation that you will be visiting CEF sites 3 times per week. A Full UK Drivers licence is an essential requirement for the role
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Relationships
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with business stakeholders to identify learning needs and align solutions.
- Act as a learning advisor, translating business goals into effective learning strategies.
Content Design
Apply instructional design principles to develop and curate engaging, learner-centred content.
Partner with subject matter experts to co-create accessible and effective learning experiences.
Learning Platform Administration
Configure and maintain the LXP to ensure smooth functionality and a positive user experience.
Monitor usage data and generate insights using LXP reporting and analytics tools.
Training & Project Delivery
Deliver Training: Facilitate engaging learning sessions (virtual and in-person) that support skill development and adoption of learning tools.
Deliver Projects: Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning technology projects across the business.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, ideally in a learning or HR context.
- Strong understanding of instructional design and digital content development.
- Hands-on experience administering an LXP or similar learning technology platform.
- Confidence in facilitating training and rolling out learning initiatives.
- A curious mindset, comfort with data/reporting, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel.
