This dynamic national practice with a market-leading healthcare team is looking to hire an ambitious lawyer to advise on a range of health, social care and education issues, both contentious and advisory. Clients include health, social care, education and housing organisations across the public and independent sector. You will involved in complex litigation (including advocacy) in the Court of Protection and tribunals/inquests involving human rights mental health, safeguarding, patient safety, serious incident response, education and childrens law. This is a fantastic opening for someone who is committed to build a career in this area.
