The role:

• Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations (import/export, sea/road/air)
• Liaise with shipping lines, hauliers, and clients to ensure seamless deliveries
• Prepare and process shipping documentation and customs clearance
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide tailored logistics solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues quickly

About you:

• Previous experience in freight forwarding (import/export)
• Strong understanding of customs clearance procedures
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment
