I'm looking for two proactive and hands-on leaders with a genuine passion for hygiene and food safety? I'm recruiting on behalf of a leading food manufacturer for a days AND nights Hygiene Supervisor to join their growing team in Leicester.

What You’ll Do (nothing out the ordinary for you):

As a Hygiene Supervisor, you will be a key player in maintaining high hygiene standards in a fast-paced food production environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules in line with BRC and customer standards.
• Ensuring team compliance with COSHH and all hygiene-related policies and procedures.
• Supporting Health & Safety and promoting a safety-first culture.
• Leading, training, and developing a team of hygiene operatives.
• Supporting audit readiness.

You will need to be physically able to spend periods of the shift on your feet, the factory is fast paced and this role needs a hands on approach, leading from the front!

What They are Looking For (you):

• Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing hygiene is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of BRC standards and COSHH regulations.
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
