Job description

We're after a visionary Creative Environmental Designer — part art director, part sketcher, part 3D thinker. You’ll blend art, architecture, and marketing to create immersive spaces that tell brand stories and drive customer engagement. This agency are sports leisure / retail heavy.

What You’ll Do

• Dream up and develop innovative brand spaces that sell product, reflect brand ethos, and connect with target audiences
• Communicate concepts clearly through sketches and visuals (no need to be a rendering wizard)
• Stay ahead of trends, championing fresh thinking in retail and experience design
• Weave sustainability into everything — from materials to process
• Help shape the evolution of consumer experience in physical spaces

What You Bring

• Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD — 3D rendering software knowledge is a bonus
• Killer spatial awareness, visual storytelling instincts, and a sustainable mindset
• Great communicator — you're collaborative, confident, and cool under pressure
• Passion for creating meaningful, memorable retail experiences
