Supagold, formed in 1983, are specialists in the supply and installation floor finishes to Tier 1 Fit-Out Contractors in London.

Role Description

This is a full-time ON-SITE role for an Estimator - Commercial Flooring located in Romford. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for flooring projects, communicating effectively with clients and team members. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, quantifying materials, obtaining project pricing, performing site visits, and collaborating with the project management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Estimating and Budgeting
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Floor Finishes and application in Fit Out
• Excellent ability to
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Romford, Greater London.
• Relevant qualifications in construction or related field
