Corporate Lawyer in City of London

Job description

Outstanding new fixed term contract opening for an experienced UK qualified corporate lawyer with a clear depth of corporate governance experience.

You will join a small, growing legal function overseeing support to our client’s professional services offerings across several EMEA jurisdictions.You will bring a very strong understanding of company law and corporate governance principles. Demonstrable international experience is also important, as an ability to work on a cross-jurisdictional basis and with a range of different cultures, ways of working and legal systems is important.

This will be a 12 month fixed term contract, with a start date ASAP.

Hybrid/flexible working, central London-based.
