Job Title: Employment Lawyer (5-7 years PQE)

Location: London (Hybrid Working)

About the Role:

A leading financial institution is seeking a talented and experienced Employment Lawyer with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience to join their dynamic legal team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week in the London office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on employment law matters.
• Draft and review employment contracts, employment handbooks, policies, and procedures.
• Advise on employee relations and HR issues.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
• Supporting on investigations and responses to regulatory matters
• Advising on privacy and data
• Contributing to employment law material for management consumption
• Delivering employment law training

About You:

• Qualified solicitor with 5-7 years PQE in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.
• International experience and familiarity with the regulatory environment in EMEA and Asia
• In-house financial services experience is preferred but not essential, provided you have advised financial institution clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
