Salaried GP – 6 Sessions | October Start | Supportive in Newcastle

We are working with a well-established, forward-thinking GP surgery in Newcastle to recruit a Salaried GP for a permanent position starting October 2025.

Location: Newcastle

Start Date: October 2025

Role Type: Permanent

Sessions: 6 per week (ideally Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

Extended Access: Ideally 1 Saturday/month (with TOIL or paid as overtime)

• High student population, providing a varied and engaging clinical caseload
• Uses SystmOne clinical system
• You’ll be joining as the 5th Salaried GP, supported by a full multidisciplinary clinical team
• Circa 18,000 patients

The Role:

• 12 patients per AM & PM clinic – realistic and sustainable workload
• Minimal home visits
• Strong emphasis on team collaboration and continuity of care
• Flexibility around extended access sessions, with compensation options
