Consumer Additions and Consumer Exec is looking for an Allocator in London Area

Job description

I'm looking for a proactive and detail-driven Allocator to join a contemporary British lifestyle brand in the London office. You will join their Merchandising team, supporting stock distribution across their wholesale partners and retail stores. You’ll play a key role in optimizing inventory levels, ensuring timely and accurate product allocation, and driving. Commercial performance through seamless collaboration with our wholesale, merchandising, and warehouse teams.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing wholesale delivery schedules, dispatch timelines, and POs.
  • Allocating stock in line with sales priorities and assortment plans.
  • Liaising with warehouses to ensure smooth and timely stock flow.
  • Monitoring stock levels to avoid over/understock situations.
  • Supporting supplier PO management and replenishment activity.
  • Producing trade reports and insights to guide allocation decisions.


Looking For:

  • Experience in allocation and stock management.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with inventory systems.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and proactive problem solver.
