The Role:

As part of the Public Law team, you will manage a diverse and rewarding caseload, which includes:

• Judicial Review challenges against unlawful decisions
• Applications for social services support
• Court of Protection proceedings
• Complaints against local authorities and NHS bodies

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative, experienced team that encourages development and internal progression.

About You:

We're looking for someone who brings not only legal expertise, but also a commitment to social justice. The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 3 years’ PQE
• Solid experience in social welfare and Court of Protection matters
• Exceptional client care and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• A calm, organised approach under pressure
• Confidence in using legal IT systems
