Learning & Development Content Creator

Location: Birmingham (2 days onsite/3 days WFH)

Salary: Up to £60,000


*This is FTC Contract till Feb 2027*


Annapurna Recruitment is supporting a global engineering leader in the search for a Learning and Development Content Creator to design impactful, scalable learning solutions for a multinational workforce. This person will play a key role in delivering content that supports the global roll-out of the SuccessFactors HRIS system across 38 countries and in 13 languages.


What You’ll Do

  • Design engaging L&D materials including e-learning modules, instructional videos, guides, and microlearning content
  • Lead content creation to support the SuccessFactors HRIS training implementation globally
  • Build a scalable, self-serve knowledge base for post-rollout BAU learning support
  • Leverage AI tools to personalise and scale learning design
  • Manage localisation and translation of content for regional use
  • Develop Train-the-Trainer resources and support local facilitators
  • Collaborate with SMEs and HR teams to define learning objectives
  • Apply analytics and feedback to continuously improve training materials
  • Ensure cultural relevance and brand consistency across all formats


What You’ll Bring

  • Experience creating L&D content in a global corporate environment
  • Proven background designing training for HRIS platforms like SuccessFactors
  • Strong instructional design, writing, and editing skills
  • Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate) and video/graphic design software
  • Experience managing translation workflows and adapting content for cultural contexts
  • Ability to work at pace across multiple stakeholders and complex training programs
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and learner engagement
