Nanny for a 3-Year-Old Boy (Russian/English Speaking) – London

We are looking for a kind, experienced, and enthusiastic live-in nanny to join a private household in London to care for a curious and active 3-year-old boy. This is a long-term position with a rotational schedule and great potential for the right candidate.

Location: London, UK

Schedule: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (live-in during working weeks)

Responsibilities:

• Holistic development and care of a 3-year-old boy
• Daily educational and creative activities (including Montessori and early development methods)
• Supporting healthy routines, play, learning, and emotional wellbeing
• Coordination with the family office and development director
• Light housekeeping related to the child (toys, clothes, meals, etc.)

Requirements:

• Resident of the UK
• Fluent in both English and Russian
• Own children (mandatory)
• Relevant education: pedagogical, early childhood, Montessori (3-6) or similar
• Previous experience with children aged 2–5
• Strong interest in sports, yoga, and active lifestyle
• Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and neat appearance
• Cheerful, kind, responsible, and detail-oriented

Bonus if you:

• Are familiar with alternative/holistic child development approaches
• Have teaching or nanny experience in HNWI families
