QUOC is dedicated to crafting high-performance cycling footwear that seamlessly blends comfort, style, and functionality. A fast-growing brand with a rapidly expanding community, we are on the hunt for a data-driven and dynamic marketeer to manage and oversee our global e-commerce function. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for cycling, a strong analytical background, and the ability to drive growth through innovative digital strategies. It will involve ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience while aligning e-commerce efforts with QUOC’s overall brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth (in key areas such as conversion rate, average order value, and traffic).
  • Optimise the user experience across desktop and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.
  • Implement conversion rate optimisation initiatives using A/B testing, heatmaps, and customer insights to improve key metrics.
  • Align e-commerce strategy with QUOC’s overall brand direction
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to drive traffic through SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work with Creative and Product teams to enhance on-site product presentation, pricing, and promotions.
  • Monitor and produce weekly and monthly reports on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and sales performance
  • Conduct regular site audits, troubleshoot usability issues, and ensure technical stability with IT and external developers.
  • Source and manage digital freelancers, including developers, ad builders, and SEO writers, to support e-commerce operations.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in premium retail or cycling/sports space.
  • Strong project management and prioritisation skills
  • Proven success in driving sales growth through digital improvements and effective site merchandising.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify or Triple Whale.
  • Demonstrable understanding of premium product businesses and seamless customer experiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance overarching vision with hands-on execution.
  • Collaborative leader skilled in managing teams and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Passion for cycling or outdoor sports.
  • Experience with performance marketing, SEO, and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Strava.
  • Basic experience in coding would be a huge plus

This is a remote opportunity with some flexibility to discuss full-time or part-time working arrangements. QUOC offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment within a passionate and growing brand and the opportunity to shape the future of the brand’s e-commerce strategy and global presence.
