Service Designer

Contract – 3 months (initial)

Up to £500 per day (Outside IR35)

Remote

We are currently looking for an experienced SC Cleared Service Designer to join a leading consultancy on a high-profile government digital transformation programme.

Key skills and experience:

• Proven background as a Service Designer within government UCD programmes
• Strong GDS experience (essential)
• Skilled in Mural, Miro, Jira, and Confluence
• Confident mapping end-to-end services, identifying pain points, and co-creating solutions with stakeholders
• Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to present findings clearly and facilitate workshops to drive user-centred decisions

Key details:

• 3-month initial contract (rolling project)
• Up to £500 per day (Outside IR35)
• Must hold active SC Clearance
• Start ASAP
• Remote working
