Role | Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer

Experience | 5 years+ PQE

Based | Chester

Hybrid | 2 days working from home after probation

Offer | £40,000 - £55,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Conveyancing Solicitor to work for a well established Law Firm in Chester.

They’re looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years PQE and would be open to applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.

Typical duties would include:

• Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post-completion.
• Drafting and reviewing legal contracts, transfers, and other conveyancing documents.
• Conducting detailed property searches, interpreting results, and advising clients on findings.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors throughout the transaction.
• Handling exchange of contracts and completion formalities, including financial aspects and Stamp Duty Land Tax.

The successful candidate:

• 5 years+ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload and meet time sensitive deadlines
• Able to identify and resolve legal issues proactively
