Legal Counsel – Real Estate & Commercial

Location: London (Hybrid)

Experience: 0–2 years PQE

Join a dynamic legal team supporting a leading international real estate business. This is a broad in-house role with exposure to real estate, commercial contracts, ESG, governance, and more across the UK and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage leasing and asset management transactions
• Draft and review commercial contracts
• Support construction and development projects
• Advise on ESG, governance, and compliance
• Handle UK debt recovery and insolvency
• Provide general legal support across departments

Requirements:

• 0–3 years PQE in real estate and/or commercial law
• Strong communication, organisation, and analytical skills
• A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive mindset
