Job Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Onboarding

  1. Responsible for our global recruitment for Business Development Affiliates in crypto industry;
  2. Under the direction of the Recruitment Team, support the candidate attraction process by preparing job descriptions and profiles, setting up adverts on different recruitment channels;
  3. To take a significant role in producing, posting and engaging with recruitment content for all channels across all European markets;
  4. Be the first point of contact for candidate queries and other incoming queries in a timely manner via email, phone or in person, providing useful information and ensuring there is a resolution, escalating the candidate’s queries;
  5. Ensure the talent database are well-maintained and up to date and the recruitment team can track all activities;
  6. Support the candidate selection process by arranging interviews and sending confirmations to applicants;
  7. Support the onboarding process with applying for and chasing references. Identify any gaps in candidates’ applications such as references and liaise with them to get this rectified;
  8. Ensure all administrative processes are in place and well maintained in the HR system;
  9. Attend all relevant Recruitment Team meetings and provide input.

General Administration

  1. Support the general office administration work in our London office;
  2. Manage travel arrangements and submit financial claims for managers;
  3. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary;
  4. Assist with ad-hoc tasks when necessary;
  5. Be prepared to go above and beyond the call of duty from time to time and undertake any other reasonable duties in order to help the company achieve its goals.


Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor degree of HRM or equivalent disciplines;
  2. Minimum 5 years of global recruitment experience in fintech industry;
  3. Adapt to fast-paced working environments and work under pressure;
  4. Proved successful recruitment records;
  5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
  6. Good knowledge of crypto industry activities and trends is preferred;
  7. Capable of speaking Mandarin / Spanish / Italian is highly preferred.
