Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing and managing cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects.

Skills and Experience Required:

- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of MEP systems and their financial implications.

- Proficiency in cost management software and tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

- Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS) is advantageous.
