Real Estate Finance Associate – International Law Firm – London

Taylor have partnered with a leading international law firm who are looking to hire an experienced Real Estate Finance Associate into their London office. This role would be suitable for those with 1-4 years PQE.

A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its highly regarded Real Estate Finance team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile, complex, and innovative finance transactions in the market, advising a prestigious client base that includes global investment banks, specialist lenders, corporates, and sponsors.

About the Team

The Real Estate Finance team is recognised for its market-leading expertise and commercial insight. The team advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including:

• Senior debt, mezzanine finance, A/B structures, and loan-on-loan arrangements
• Financing across asset classes such as residential, build-to-rent, logistics, hotels, student accommodation, data centres, and offices
• Syndicated loans and corporate lending, consistently ranked top in EMEA by deal volume and value

The Ideal Candidate

You will have at least 1 – 4 years PQE working in a leading real estate finance team from another top private practice law firm. Candidates who are Australian / New Zealand qualified are encouraged to apply but ideally you will have prior experience in London.
