Job description
Partnerships LeadLocation: Anywhere | Type: Full-time
At Tickitto, we’re tearing down the barriers to the world’s best events. Whether it’s a popular concert, a hidden cultural gem, or a last-minute sports ticket — we make it easy for global consumer brands to offer unforgettable experiences to their users.
Founded in late 2019, Tickitto quickly attracted backing from some of Europe’s top investors. After building a next-generation B2B marketplace for live events and securing major distribution partners, Tickitto got acquired in early 2025 by travel powerhouse InteleTravel — unlocking the scale and reach to bring our vision to millions globally. Now, as we enter our next chapter of growth, we’re hiring a Partnerships Lead to drive our global expansion and build game-changing relationships with the world’s most exciting consumer platforms.
Your mission is simple: own our most important growth lever — distribution partnerships. You’ll be the face of Tickitto with major platforms, navigating senior conversations, crafting strategic proposals, and turning potential into real, scaled success. We’re looking for a relationship-first operator with a commercial edge, strategic mindset, and energy to move fast.
- Own our top KPI: building high-impact distribution partnerships across key global markets.
- Pitch Tickitto’s value to C-level execs — from super apps to travel marketplaces to fintech platforms.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with strategic clarity and confidence.
- Collaborate with the Exec Team to refine and execute our go-to-market strategy.
- Translate partner insights into product roadmap priorities with our Product and Marketing teams.
- As we grow, recruit and lead a world-class partnerships team.
- A 2:1 or above in a relevant field (business, marketing, economics, etc.)
- 5+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership — ideally in a fast-paced B2B tech company.
- A track record of building and closing transformational deals.
- Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution.
- You’ll join at a pivotal inflection point — post-acquisition and poised for scale.
- You’ll work on deals with global impact and cultural relevance.
- You’ll shape the future of how people experience live entertainment — with real ownership and upside.
- Competitive compensation in a fast-scaling, high-impact business.
Let’s talk. This is your chance to lead partnerships at a company redefining how the world discovers, shares, and accesses unforgettable experiences.
