Mindlynk Ltd is urgently seeking a confident and capable Cover Supervisor to join a supportive secondary school in Shrewsbury. This is an immediate start role — perfect for someone with the presence, professionalism, and experience to make an impact right away.

Whether you're an aspiring teacher, an experienced educator between roles, or someone with strong classroom experience, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering continuity of education.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Supervise whole classes during teacher absences using pre-set work

✅ Manage classroom behaviour and keep students on task

✅ Support a positive and safe learning environment

✅ Report back to teaching staff at the end of the day

Essential Requirements:

✔ Proof of enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or issued within the last 12 months)

✔ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

✔ Two recent UK-based references

✔ Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills

✔ Confidence in delivering lessons and engaging learners independently
