Are you a passionate food Technologist with 2-3 years' experience ready to make your mark in a dynamic, growing ambient food business? We're recruiting for a small, innovative company based in the Central Belt of Scotland, seeking an enthusiastic NPD Technologist to join their team.

In this hands-on role, you'll be instrumental in developing exciting new products from concept to launch, contributing to every stage of the NPD process. We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of food science principles, a creative flair for flavour, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing new and improving existing ambient food products.
• Conducting trials, managing raw materials, and ensuring product quality.
• Collaborating with various teams to bring innovative ideas to life.

What we're looking for:

• A Food Science degree is essential.
• 2-3 years of experience in food NPD, ideally within ambient products.
• A creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary: Circa £32,000 per annum

Location: Central Belt of Scotland
