Are you a highly organised and detail-driven Document Controller looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a leading multidisciplinary design studio—known for its vibrant and collaborative culture—to find a skilled professional to join their London office.

You’ll be joining a dynamic and diverse team working across architecture, interior design, urban design, and branding. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for managing digital information across multiple high-profile projects, ensuring everything is recorded, distributed, and stored to the highest standards. You’ll be supported by a wider digital team and report to a Senior QA Document Controller.

Key Responsibilites

  • Set up and manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) across multiple projects
  • Maintain project protocols in line with ISO standards and QA processes
  • Liaise with design teams and external consultants to ensure smooth information exchange
  • Attend project meetings and provide training/support to teams on EDMS tools
  • Create and update information delivery plans and registers
  • Manage and monitor all incoming/outgoing documentation, ensuring timely reviews and approvals
  • Support ISO audits and assist teams with digital file organisation as needed

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role within the architecture or design industry
  • Proficient in BIM360, SharePoint, and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Familiarity with EDMS systems such as Aconex, Asite, or Viewpoint
  • Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and RIBA work stages
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident working across multiple projects and ensuring protocols are upheld
  • Bonus if you have knowledge of Autodesk Revit or ACC Design Collaboration
