Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Duration: 4 months, extensions likely

Location: London/Hybrid (two to three days per week in the office requirement)

Are you a recruitment expert looking to make a meaningful impact in the banking industry? Our client, a leading global financial institution, is on the hunt for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to join their vibrant team in London.


About the Role:


As a vital member of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence, you’ll take charge of end-to-end recruitment for permanent roles, right up to Executive Director level. Your mission? To deliver exceptional hiring experiences while driving the employer brand forward!


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and talent acquisition leads to design and deliver innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead recruitment across a diverse range of roles, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.
  • Champion Inclusion: Advocate for inclusive hiring practises that reflect our client’s commitment to diversity.
  • Talent Pipelines: Build and manage talent pipelines and direct sourcing strategies to attract top-notch candidates.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use recruitment data to inform decisions and improve processes, ensuring the best outcomes for both candidates and the organisation.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee vendor relationships and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.


What You Bring:


  • Proven experience in in-house or RPO recruitment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A passion for inclusive hiring and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors is a plus!).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
