About the Role:

As a Principal Recruiter, you will be the face of Executive Hunt, responsible for acquiring new clients, managing high-level recruitment processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate has a strong background in executive search, particularly in the legal or financial sectors, and excels at building and maintaining strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities by showcasing Executive Hunt’s value.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment processes.

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
• Conduct thorough screenings and assessments to match candidates with client needs.
• Implement best practices to enhance candidate engagement and experience.

Operational Excellence:

• Streamline processes to improve recruitment efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including placement rates and time-to-fill.
• Collaborate internally to refine and innovate recruitment strategies.

Industry Expertise & Networking:

• Stay informed on legal and financial market trends to provide strategic insights.
