Are you a Quantity Surveyor with a main contracting background ready to make the move client side? This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing business with an exceptional pipeline of fit-out and refurbishment projects across London.

Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to oversee multiple high-profile fit-out and refurbishment packages valued up to £14 million. With a strong presence in either the retail, commercial, leisure, hotel, and hospitality sectors, you’ll play a critical role in cost management, reporting directly to the Chief Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial management on fit-out and refurbishment projects
• Prepare, monitor, and manage cost plans
• Liaise closely with contractors and consultants to ensure delivery to budget
• Provide strategic commercial insight to support project and business goals
• Ensure robust procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting

About You:

• Strong background in main contracting, with a desire to move client side
• Proven experience in cost planning and fit-out projects
• Sector knowledge across retail, commercial, leisure, hotel or hospitality
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• Ambitious and commercially astute with an eye on progression
