Overview:

Here at Anson McCade we are in search of an experienced Service Designer for a major project within government. The ideal candidate will have expertise in service design and user research designed to support cross-functional teams in the discovery, design, and delivery of user-centered services.

Criteria:

• Demonstrable experience in service design, ideally within agile, multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of design thinking, human-centered design, and GDS Service Standard (for UK government contracts, if relevant)
• Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or equivalent
• Experience mapping complex systems and visualising service interactions

Details:

• 6-12 month contract
• Up to £500 outside IR35
• Hybrid/London
• ASAP start date
