HR Systems Administrator

Location: Uxbridge (Office Based)

Salary: Up to £40,000

As they expand their HR team, they’re seeking a HR Systems Administrator to take ownership of their internal HR technology and support the delivery of a first-class employee experience.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the primary administrator for HR systems, ensuring data integrity, system accuracy and user support.
  • Support HR operations through effective reporting, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to streamline workflows and implement improvements.
  • Provide training and first-line support to users across the business.


What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience working with HR systems—whether in an administrative, support or systems-focused role.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors would be a strong advantage, though not essential.
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
