Our client, a leading global consultancy, is expanding its Workday Financials Consulting Team after a decade of delivering standout projects across the UK and globally. They are now hiring at Manager and Senior Manager level for individuals with strong Workday integration expertise, consulting experience, and the ability to drive project success from start to finish.

About the Role

As a Workday Financials Integrations Lead, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of integration delivery on major client programmes — from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment and go-live. You'll work closely with clients, lead teams (onshore and offshore), and contribute to the growth of a high-performing Workday practice.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and contributing to end-to-end delivery of Workday Financials integration projects
• Facilitating workshops, challenging client requirements, and configuring solutions
• Working hands-on with Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio
• Leading teams and shaping resourcing strategies for successful delivery
• Mentoring junior consultants and supporting team capability development
• Collaborating with senior client stakeholders and adapting to different communication styles

About You

• Workday Integration Certified, confident in full-suite Workday integration tools
• Consulting experience in Finance Transformation or large-scale technology programmes
• Demonstrated success leading mid-to-large Workday projects (for Manager or Senior Manager level)
• Comfortable managing global teams, including offshore resources
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
• Passionate about both delivering excellence and investing in others' development
