Flexcube L2 support in Belfast

Responsibilities

• Monitor user requests or service incidents pertaining to Flexcube app and resolve them.
• Monitor the EOD, EOM, EOY batch and identify any anomalies.
• Creation of new KBs or modifications of the KB.
• Run book creation
• ITRS setup and monitoring
• Create change request and manage a change implementation.
• Organize support/provide support to end user during off working hours whenever required.
• Co-ordinate with Product vendor for any patch or changes.
• Patch creation and VTM Patch
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Programming & Systems Analysis or related course
• 8+ years of experience in Prod support
• Must have good experience in Flexcube modules like CASA, LM and LOANS
• Excellent experience in Flexcube Support, Batch monitoring and its workflow
• Good at Oracle Database PL/SQL, Unix, Autosys
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
