*Location: 3 Days a week in their Old Street offices (Tues/Wed/Thu)


Tomorrow is on the lookout for a Creative Designer/Artworker - a technically-minded creative with an eye for detail and a passion for brand consistency. You'll play a key role in rolling out designs across multiple formats, preparing artwork to the highest standards for both print and digital applications.


This is a hands-on, executional role focused on artworking and technical delivery rather than creative concepting - perfect for someone who thrives on precision and process.


About Us

We're an established 8-year-old studio with a tight-knit team of 5 designers. Our flat structure encourages collaboration and direct involvement in high-quality work. We're embracing AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks while maintaining our focus on precision and client service.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Rolling out campaigns, brand assets, and marketing materials across a variety of sizes and specs
  • Creating and artworking floor plans, technical drawings, and property-specific materials
  • Ensuring consistency across layouts, typography, and file structures
  • Working closely with designers to translate concepts into polished final files
  • Preparing accurate, print-ready and digital artwork from master designs
  • Following brand guidelines and production processes with care and confidence
  • Managing multiple artwork versions and amends with efficiency and clarity
  • Developing document templates for Microsoft Office applications (letterheads, pitch decks, etc.)


Essential Skills

  • Solid experience in a design, production or creative artwork role (agency or in-house)
  • Property/real estate industry experience strongly preferred
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
  • Experience using Figma and Pitch.com/Keynote
  • Ability to interpret briefs and deliver smart, effective design solutions
  • Sharp eye for layout and technical detail
  • Experience creating print-ready files and digital assets
  • Understanding of print production processes and specifications
  • Technical mindset with strong attention to detail


Ideal Background

  • Experience with property marketing materials, floor plans, and technical drawings
  • Understanding of real estate terminology and requirements
  • Background in agencies or companies serving property clients
  • Collaborative team player who can take initiative


Nice to Have

  • Experience creating technical drawings and data visualisation
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva) for layout and asset generation
  • Interest in branding systems and multi-format applications
  • Experience in multi-brand environments


Working Arrangements

  • Tuesday to Thursday in our Old Street office for daily collaborative meetings
  • Open office environment fostering teamwork and communication
  • Immediate start preferred, with flexibility for notice periods


Interview Process

  • Stage 1: Virtual interview with Creative Director and team
  • Stage 2: In-person office visit with potential practical task
